Great product. .25 to .50 ml before bed has really changed my sleep. Solid 7 to 8 hours without stirring a bit. Incredible change in the quality of sleep I get. Another .25 ml in the morning and I am more focused and alert for the day.

I have a lot of muscle and joint pain due to hEDS. This Tru Infusion CBD+Lidocaine salve is one of the few products I have tried (and I've tried soooooo many) that actually helps both joint inflammation and muscle spasms/knots/cramps. I think the CBD on its own is great, but the addition of lidocaine makes this a really impressive 2-in-1 product. I like it so much that I sent a jar to my father for his birthday. He has been using it on his arthritic hands and finds it so helpful that he requested more for his Christmas gift this year. My favorite thing about this product compared to the other CBD pain topicals sold here is that this one doesn't have any menthol. I purchased the Plant Health 1500 mg CBD lotion (in the jar) because the menthol was described on the website as "very light", but in reality it was so intense it gave me immediate, severe stomach problems. (Using topical menthol in products such as BenGay has caused stomach upset my whole life.) So I'm very grateful that this product has ZERO menthol and I hope they keep it that way! I took 1 star away because it is quite greasy so you have to give it a bit of a time to sink in. Bottom Line - while I have purchased 50+ pain relief creams in the past 10 years, this is the ONLY one I have RE-purchased (more than once).

This salve with lidocaine has turned out to be a surprising pain reliever for my husband. He has tried many various things with no results until this! We are blown away at how good this is for pain in an ankle and knee.

I have a German Shepherd with hip problems, as most GSDs do and these really seem to help. I've been giving one, sometimes one and a half depending on how he's doing. They're easy to cut. And he loves them.

This product has helped me to get quality sleep. I have tried so many sleep remedies with little to no result. It has also helped to extend the hours I can sleep. For this I am very pleased and grateful!
