One key thing to remember is that each person’s metabolism responds differently. We have customers that are bodybuilders who need less CBD than small framed women. With that said, you should continue to bump the dose a 1/4 dropper every 3 days or so until she gets the sleep she is looking for. If she wakes up groggy, need to dial it back to the previous dose. If she gets to around 40 to 50 mg, and still is not getting relief then you can give us a call, and explore other options. This may mean there is an absorption issue.
