Suggested starting dose:
We suggest starting low and slowly increasing your dose by a quarter dropper every 4 days, as needed. This is called titrating. Once you find your daily dose, do not continue to titrate. Like any high quality product, good CBD is not inexpensive, however it is a priceless investment in your health and well-being.
1. Start by shaking your CBD/CBG oil for about 5 seconds. Sometimes the contents can settle.
2. Open the container and squeeze any oil that is left in the dropper back into the bottle and draw up your intended dose.
3. Lift your tongue, squeeze the contents of the dropper underneath, and let your tongue settle.
4. Hold the oil there for about 60 seconds so that it can absorb into the bloodstream through the sublingual blood vessels located under your tongue.
5. After approximately 60 seconds, you may swallow any remaining oil.
6. For best results, CBD oil should be taken twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evening, or approximately 12 hours apart. Taking CBD in this way allows it to build up in your system while also maintaining a consistent level of cannabinoids in your bloodstream throughout the day.
7. With the suggested starting dose of a ½ dropper (.50mL) your bottle will last approximately 1 month. (30mL bottle divided by 1 mL per day = 30 days)
Increasing Your Dose:
If you feel you are not getting the necessary relief you need after using a 1/4 dropper for 3-5 days, you may increase your dose by a 1/4 dropper. This is known as titrating. Increase the dose as needed until you find YOUR correct dose. Each person's dose is unique to their metabolism, and is based on many factors. Weight may not necessarily be one of them.
CBD/CBG and Other medications:
CBD/CBG Oil can interact with other medications to make them more or less effective, just as grapefruit juice can. It is suggested to use your CBD/CBG an hour before or after taking your regular medications.
Storing your CBD/CBG Oil:
CBD/CBG oil should be stored in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight or any other heat source.

Well,I stopped by Sun City CBD shop where I was greeted by Jenny. She is well informed about the products that were displayed.
My skepticism about CBD and what I have learn about the whole industry left me wondering if it really works. I told Jenny nothing much about me except I was in a lot of pain to the last 3 months.
