Broad Spectrum with Hemp Seed Oil

Suggested starting dose:
We always suggest starting low and increasing your dose slowly until you find your most therapeutic daily dose. It will not benefit you to take more than you need; your body will flush the extra and it will be a waste of your CBD and money.
1. Start by shaking your CBD oil for about 5 seconds. Sometimes the contents can settle.
2. Open the container and squeeze whatever oil is in the dropper back into the bottle and draw up your intended dose.
3. Lift your tongue, squeeze the contents of the dropper underneath, and let your tongue settle.
4. Hold the oil there for about 60 seconds so that it can absorb into the bloodstream through the sublingual blood vessels located under your tongue.
5. After 60 seconds, swallow any remaining oil.
Increasing your dose:
If you feel you are not getting the results you need after using a 1/2 dropper for 3-5 days, you may increase your dose by a 1/4 dropper every four days as needed. This is known as titrating. Increase the dose as needed until you find YOUR correct dose. Each person's dose is unique to their metabolism, and is based on many factors. Weight may not necessarily be one of them.
CBD and Other Medications:
CBD oil can interact with other medications to make them more effective, or less effective just as grapefruit juice can. It is suggested to use your CBD an hour before or after taking your regular medications.
Storing your CBD Oil:
CBD oil should be stored in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight or any other heat source. Hi James, If you are not getting MORE benefits from a higher dose, there must be a reason. Often stress or hydration can contribute to the CBD not working as well. The 500 is not in the same suspension as the 1500.
The body is very complicated and sometimes the different oil can make a difference. MCT or Grapeseed or Hemp Seed Oil – all these oils can change the way the body absorbs the cbd compound.
