Suggested starting dose:
We suggest starting at a low dose and slowly increasing by a quarter dropper every 4 days, as needed. This is called titrating. Once you find your daily dose, do not continue to titrate. Like any high quality product, CBD is not inexpensive, however it is a priceless investment in your health and well-being.
1. Start by shaking your CBD oil for about 5 seconds. Sometimes the contents can settle.
2. Open the container and squeeze any oil already in the dropper back into the bottle and draw up a 1/2 dropper (.50ml) of oil to start.
3. Lift your tongue, squeeze the contents of the dropper underneath, and let your tongue settle.
4. Hold the oil there for about 60 seconds so that it can absorb into the blood stream through the sublingual blood vessels located under your tongue.
5. After waiting approximately 60 seconds, you may swallow any remaining oil.
6. For best results, CBD oil should be taken twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evening, or approximately 12 hours apart. Taking CBD in this way allows it to build up in your system while also maintaining a consistent level of cannabinoids in your bloodstream throughout the day.
7. With the suggested starting dose of a ½ dropper (.50mL) your bottle will last approximately 1 month. (30mL bottle divided by 1mL per day = 30 days)
Increasing your dose:
If you feel you are not getting the relief you need after using ¼ - ½ dropper twice a day for 4 days, increase your dose by ¼ dropper. This is known as titrating. Continue to increase your dose by ¼ dropper every 4 days until you find YOUR correct dose. Each person’s dose is unique to them and is based on many different factors. Once you find your dose, stay at that level. It will not benefit you to take more than your daily dose as your body will flush the excess, which is a waste of your CBD and your money.

CBD and other plant medications can interact with pharmaceuticals and change their efficacy. We suggest that you take your CBD oil an hour before or after taking any prescription medications.
