400mg DEEP SLEEP with CBN, CBG and Delta 8
Ingredients:

• According to the COA, there is really very little D8 in a mL of oil. Some people will feel zero impact from the D8, for others it will just take the edge off their anxiety and some people may even get an intoxicating feeling, but it’s not necessarily going to be a “sleep” product for everyone.

Suggested starting dose:
We always suggest starting low and increasing your dose slowly until you find your most therapeutic daily dose. It will not benefit you to take more than you need; your body will flush the extra and it will be a waste of your CBD and money.
1. Start by shaking your CBN/CBG/Delta 8 oil for about 5 seconds. Sometimes the contents can settle.
2. Open the container and squeeze whatever is in the dropper back into the bottle and draw up a 1/2 dropper (.50mL) of oil to start.
3. Lift your tongue, squeeze the contents of the dropper underneath, and let your tongue settle.
4. Hold the oil there for about 60 seconds so that it can absorb into the bloodstream through the sublingual blood vessels located under your tongue.
5. After 60 seconds, swallow any remaining oil.
6. CBN/CBG/Delta 8 Oil should be taken only at night about an hour before bed.
Increasing your dose:
If you feel you are not getting the results you need after using a 1/2 dropper for 3-5 days, you may increase your dose by a 1/4 dropper. This is known as titrating. Increase the dose as needed until you find YOUR correct dose. Each person's dose is unique to their metabolism, and is based on many factors. Weight may not necessarily be one of them.
CBN/CBG/Delta 8 and Other Medications:
CBN/CBG/Delta 8 Oil can interact with other medications to make them more effective, or less effective just as grapefruit juice can. It is suggested to use your CBN/CBG/Delta 8 an hour before or after taking your regular medications.

CBN/Delta 8 oil should be stored in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight or any other heat source.
